Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me, and they are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellation Policy Details:
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.
• No-shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply.
Note: Fees must be paid prior to booking your next appointment.
